The Shoreline
A short walk from the kitchen, the beach opens directly onto the Aegean. Days move between sunbeds, swims, and light meals designed to complement the setting rather than interrupt it.
Cocktails, cold drinks, and the sound of the sea carry the experience into the evening.
The Rhythm
Mornings open quietly — coffee, fresh plates, the first swim of the day. By midday, the loungers fill, the kitchen hands out lighter food that doesn’t ask for attention, and the jetty carries the sound of people coming in from the water.
Afternoons drift. Cocktails arrive without being asked about. And somewhere around the angle of the sun over the Aegean, the beach turns gently toward the evening — dinner by the water if you want it, or a last swim, or nothing at all.

The Jetty
The jetty extends far enough out that the shore feels distant. Swim straight off the end, sit at its edge with a drink, or walk back slowly as the sun drops.
